The Girls Teams attended the Shamrock Elite Tournament this past weekend and left with a lot of hardware!
The U10 team went undefeated in the round robing with 2 great 1-0 wins over the two Boston Lightning teams! Rachel Irving was very strong in the nets! Then in the final they ran into a very strong Boston Jr Whalers team falling 6-2 (EN).
The U11 team went 2-1 in the round robin to qualify for the semi finals where they won in an exciting shootout to qualify for the finals where they were able to beat the U12 Knights 5-0. Congrats girls!
The U12 team went 2-1 in the round robin as well to take the 2nd seed for the semi finals. The girls were able to win an exciting shootout to advance to the finals and beat the Shamrocks for the 2nd time in the day. In the finals the bounces didn't go their way but it was a great weekend for the team as they played most of the weekend short handed.
The U14 team went 0-3 on weekend playing two very strong teams that ended up meeting in the finals and then droping a tough 4-2 game to the Boston Jr Whalers.
Great job girls! They are back in action in 2 weeks at the CCM Invite.
